    Product Returns & Exchanges

    • Please note that personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are custom-made based on the information you provide.
    • We strongly request you to review all details carefully before completing your purchase. Ensure spellings, names, and other details are accurate, as your order will be printed exactly as submitted.
    • However, if there is a mistake from our end, despite correct details being provided, we will be happy to replace the product at no additional cost.

    Order Cancellations

    Prepaid Orders Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.

    COD Orders Orders will be canceled if the verification email or SMS remains unanswered within 24 hours, or if you choose to cancel during verification.

    Refunds

    • In case of a cancellation, error, or excess charge from our side, a refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
    • Refunds will be credited back to your account via NEFT or the original mode of payment, depending on the transaction type.
