Order Editing & Cancellation

  • If you have not completed the checkout process, you can delete any or all items from your order at any time.

  • You may also edit any of the personalized labels by clicking the edit button in your shopping cart before checkout.

  • Once the order is placed, please contact us immediately (or within 8 hours of placing the order and receiving your confirmation email) if you wish to make changes. We usually allow up to 8 hours before the order moves into the printing and processing stage.

  • If your order status shows as “Printed” or “Dispatched” in your account, unfortunately, it can no longer be edited or changed.

    However, we always encourage you to reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve any issue wherever possible.
